Scattered Site Transitional Apartment Program (SSTAP)
The Scattered Site Transitional Apartment Program (SSTAP) provides intense case management and transitional housing for 12 families who are homeless due to domestic violence. SSTAP provides these families with a safe, stable, transitional living environment, while case managers work to help them develop the economic and life skills needed to establish long term stability. The families remain for up to 18 months and receive services including counseling, vocational, parenting and self-advocacy training. Upon graduation from the program, Housing Solutions staff assists each family to move to permanent housing and links them with supportive services to assist with stability and self-sufficiency.
